I am running a 18x100 dual turret cincinnati milacron lathe with a2100 controls. ever since we had a hard drive crash, the offsets have been erratic. the diameters will float around inconsistently, some times as much as 0.020". I restored the machine perameters with the only backup disk I could find at the shop. Any ideas? I have tried every concievable test for mechanical problems and came up empty handed. There is also no problems with encoder connections.
