The Main spindle can work as a full C. The M32s I have seen have the subspindle as an indexer. JMS4287 12-10-2007, 09:13 AM It's just an option that has to be turned on..Unforetunately I don't know how to unlock the Options parameters....I have it turned on, on all our M's ..but we bought them with it on...I've seen It done but can't remeber how to unlock the Op's Page, I'll play around and see If I can figure it out....Is the machine your trying to do it on a Type 2 with a Mit's 635 control and no Y ax on the Turret.... Swisstype 01-21-2008, 04:25 PM All citizens with M635 have capability of C axis on both main and sub. Just depends on how you bought it. It is pretty easy to turn on, unfortunately, that is closely guarded info. Your best bet woudl be to call your dealer and ask to have it quoted. Sometimes they can work you a deal! cogsman1 01-22-2008, 06:52 AM The M32 has always had the capability of C' axis for BOTH spindles. They both came with "Indexing" standard and full C' as an option. Now if you buy one ALL CONTROL options are standard (in USA) with the only exception being expanded memory. The password to turn it on is different for each machine. Call your local rep for a quote. |
