I have been retrofitting and using Shereline Lathes for about 10 years. We make small screw machine parts, (>.2 mm od). They adapt well to our servo upgrades and work remakably well as a inexpencive alternitive to the swiss type screw machines. I will be interested to see if there are many more people out there doing similar things.
