Has anyone documented a home brew flow through system for small tumblers? I did a few searches but did not find one. I'm starting to deburr enough parts that it's becoming a pain to constantly change the soap/water.
Thanks,

I just finished doing this (last night) for my small tumbler, although I'm still experimenting with it. I used a spare 5gal pail I had, an old fish tank pump and some tubing/fittings from home depot.
In the top of the bowl I threaded in a 1/4 npt barb with a cap on the end. I drilled a small hole in the cap to meter the water flow. In the bottom I inserted 2 1/2 pip caps (could have gone npt but these had a lower profile allowing for better drainage) that I had drilled 5 holes in them for drainage. Sealed around them with some random epoxy I had (sort of like jbweld). ran a line from the pump to the top, and a lines from each drain back into the bucket.
So far the flow through system is working well but I had a drain line fall off last night (should have used hose clamps) so half way through the run it ran out of water resulting in grey sludge that stains the parts :(
Anyone know a good way to remove the staining? I'm thinking of trying a dip in lye.
