Can you wire cut Aluminum after Black Anodizing? I have to do a .0629 +.0002/-0.0000 and can not control the size prior to Anodizing. I have been told before (I think) that you can't wire edm after Anodizing unless you strip the area to be cut, and even then it will discolor the finish. Any suggestions?

Cut the hole first and then the hole can be plugged during anodizing. If the hole tolerance is held tight to the edges or other features you will need to comp for that during pick-up.
