I am trying to figure out a way to do some face knurling on 6061. Just single row (non-diamond). I have seen some specialty checkering tools that do it but they are way too expensive for what little I would be doing, even the wheels I have seen are over $75 each. Anybody made one or know of a way to do it without buying the high dollar setup? Thanks in advance.
