Has anyone tried this type of setup. It seems to be cheap and simple. http://www.rudijanke.de/Home/Projekte/CNC-Frase/CNC-Frase_Mechanik/hauptteil_cnc-frase_mechanik.html

I'm going to use this system (http://www.torchmate.com/xaxisrollers.jpg), when I build my machine ......next week! Easy bearing top, bottom, and each side. rcrabb 04-26-2003, 11:06 AM If anyone wants to try that design I'm willing to supply the bent plates. I only ask for pictures and feedback. I would try it myself but with summer coming up I won't have the time. I'm a metal fabricator by trade so cutting and bending the plates is no big deal. |
