Looking at TurboCAD Deluxe V14 as the price is right, but before I pull the trigger does it offer lofting? At least I think it's called lofting. I picture an extrusion from one 2D shape to another. Say from a circle to a square. Also if the Deluxe version does offer lofting can I then take cross sections of the resulting 3D shape by intersecting with a plane?
If Deluxe doesn't offer lofting does anyone know of a relatively low cost program that does offer this feature?
Thanks,
Steve

I have Turbocad V14 Deluxe. I checked for lofting in the help file, the information there said it's only available in the pro version. :-(

I have been a turbocad user since the early version. 7 then 9.5 now 14.
all of them do lofting. it is a basic tool to create a 3d form from a series of 2d profiles.
there is a learning curve to get over but i like it a lot. you can even output stl files to 3d print.
don't know about tool path out puts yet. you cant go wrong in my opinion.
