From what I can find, MS is a military standard and the same spec as 1.0625-12 UNJF-3A. The remainder of the fitting profile may be described elsewhere on the print. UNJF threads have an inspected radius profile in the root of the thread along with a larger minor diameter for greater tensile strength.
