I'm new here and have already gleaned a lot of info, but could use a little more if there's anyone out there. I'm working with around $15-$25K for a CNC router. I've looked at shopbot, and shop sabre seems popular, has anyone tried the new Cam-wood?? THey look impressive but are a little more loot. I had no idea there were so many and probably most any would do, but I don't want a rattlebox but if it's accurate, I can't see spending another 10-15 grand because of a little vibration. I know this has been discussed a fair amount but I really wondered about the cam-wood and if anyone had more thoughts overall. Thanks, Peter

From what I've read & looked at on the net, Cam-wood, is just another china built machine, looks like the same one on ebay etc., just a new paint job.

I think a bunch of guys are importing the machines from china then rebrand it with a new name. You'll find a few threads here on the zone, about them.

I would stick with a control that is well supported, they don't say what control it runs http://www.factorynew.com/BrandFeatures.aspx?Brand=CAM-WOOD
