When the software is installing it ask for mpc03 card and get in conflict, the machine has the mpc05 card, could that be softdog information? Does the soft dog come for mpc03 and mpc05 both or only for one???

Your firmware is out of date for the controller card. I suggest you contact reddotinternational the agent for Omnisign equipment. The seller you speak of I think is just an agent, and not an employee of the company. Very dodgy individual I've dealth with on NZ sites I have had him kicked from. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
