When the software is installing it ask for mpc03 card and get in conflict, the machine has the mpc05 card, could that be softdog information? Does the soft dog come for mpc03 and mpc05 both or only for one???
Anyone with a machine this brand? The sellers dont help ...

how did you solve the Omnisign problems at last, we also have a friend facing this problem now, please help.

I have a "XYZ Tech" machine, which i believe is an 'unbadged' Omnisign.
certianly the same components are used.

I had the same problem upon installation, and it took me about 3 attempts, and couple of reboots to get the software installed. Since the machine is supplied with redundant software (such as MPC03 ) in addition!
its difficult to tell from the disc which drivers are for which component.
Softdog driver had to be installed first, then MPC05, finally install Lasercut software.

It is worth noting that my desktop PC refuses to drive the laser, my laptop does it no problem. Both have winXP.
