Hi all,

I’ve been digging around here on the Zone looking for what might be an acceptable amount of backlash while climb milling but have drawn a blank.

Can some one give me a good general figure as to what would be the max?

I think I am right to think it will also have something to do with the machine rigidity?

Please let me know if any more information is needed to come up with a figure.
