Have some paintball trigger designs I need either milled or molded. the big requirement is that the finished product needs that shiney gloss coating after its been shaped out. There can not be any frayed ends or bits hanging off of them

I have many designs. Will be starting with 2 or 3 designs at 5 pieces each for quality check and testing and everything is good then I will need at least 100 more of each (though maybe not all at once). I have the files in igs and stp format.

I think milling and finishing would probably be cost prohibitive. But we would be interested in looking at your parts for molding or casting. Send me your data (Step or SolidWorks) and we can discuss material options, tooling, etc..

Thanks!

Still looking and taking quotes. Would like to get something rolling with these quick. If they look a little too complicated, a lot of the extra details can be removed or simplified so do not hesitate to ask!

Target price per piece is around $35 at production (prototypes/test pieces I understand that the price will be higher)
