LE3BLF 10-13-2007, 07:46 PM HMD I have a $250,0000 ESAB, a Shop Sabre and a Dynatorch. I have to clean the rails on all of them from time to time. The Dynatorch I bought has a drop side to it and I love how easy it is to load and unload parts from it. But I did notice that a little of the fine plasma overspray from the top of the sheet would get on the drop side rail. So place a small angle that I bent up on top of the table to deflect the spray and it works great. I also think that it would not be hard to make up way wipers. As far as the other side which is taller and has the v-rail does not get any spray and stays clean. The Dynatorch is the most cost effective machine I own, it cuts fast and sweet. The people that run Dynatorch are also great. |
