The V2 boards and the V1 boards are very different. I figured out the break out board as it is labeled fairly well. The driver boards are a little tricky.
It shows where the steps and dir come in no problem. The power and where the motor hook ups are a bit tricky. I have a 4 pin bar and a 2 pin bar. I assume the 4 pin is for ABCD coils on the motor. The two pin must be 12v and ground. The two grounds coming off the motor hook up with the two pin ground.
That's the best I can guesstimate.

Do a google of "axxus parralel port break out board" and you'll find several links that could prove helpful. This one should prove especially so:

If you can't find any info on the board, get some on the driver IC, it's inputs and outputs would be labeled on a data sheet, then follow the traces on the board to ID the connections.
Good Luck
