Hello fellow forum goers and machine shop owners. I am a rc construction modeler and the machines need to be built like the real thing or they don't hold up to the stresses. This is the first of many parts to be awarded contracts. If they turn out well I will order as many as 26 the first batch. There are 4 different parts that will combine to make one part. This isn't the final drawing but you get the idea, minor diameter changes to the mini bolt holes will be necessary. The overall diameter of the piece at it's widest is around 45mm to give you an idea.

Thanks for responding with prospective quotes.

Alright well with several requests for drawings, I will post up the general solidworks files. Keep in mind they are not 100% finished. The miniature hex bolt holes aren't the right diameter and need to be tweaked. Anyways here they are and thanks for the replies. I would like them to be quoted for one set, 10 sets, and 50 sets. Thank you guys in advance.

Edit - Well I realized I "uploaded" them but they were not in the right file type so they don't show in the thread. I emailed them out to anyone who requested them so it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks again guys/gals!

Just letting you guys know, I have changed it into one complete part to help keep costs low. If I did not re-email the refined part. Let me know. Also letting you guys know this will be the first of quite a few parts I will be requesting to be machined. Going to need at least 16 undercarriage rollers, 2 front idlers, various laser/waterjet cut parts. Thanks again for all the offers.

Ooops, sorry about that. It has gotten rather confusing on who I have sent which files to since some people need them in certain types or format apparently. Thanks for letting me know!
