Sorry if I post this in the wrong forum. I am new here and need to find this answer. I need to drill a 4mm hole for about 6" (approx 150mm) in steal (rebar steal). is it possible? I can't turn it (has to be done from one direction)

Help would be greatly appreciated.

You need high pressure compound up the spindle. I have used 600 PSI! (5HP)
3/4" hole a meter long in K1045 STEEL. 1 1/4" per minute 1200 RPM
At 4 mm you would need at least 5000 RPM
You need a sealed spindle, and a way of coupling compound into the system.
