Heh All MAnual ATC user I need your help how do I resume cutting without messing up ???

What software are you using to run your router? Mach3? I sep. my tooling into sep program files and run them one by one, combining similar toolpath tooling together. If you do them all together mach3 just stops for the tool change and you hit cycle start again when you're ready.
