Hi I'm looking to build a table but the more I read the more I'm questionning myself about the cut quality of plasma with home made table. I'm looking to people who built a table, are you satified with the cut quality?? Are you able to make pieces without a lot of post work (hole, cut). If you have image of freshly cut pieces i'm very interested.! :)

Check out my vid on youtube. This was done without a thc, and the torch was a little out of square. If you build the table right you should have cuts as good as any commercial table. Once I have the thc up and running I doubt any sort of bevel will be seen until you get up to 3/8-1/2" plate.
