Looking for an RFQ on two different designs. I will say that I do NOT have Solidworks on this computer, yet. Therefore the designs are 2D photoshop jobs. They are cross sections. I will do a little explaining of each.

I will post each piece in seperate posts.

Design "A"

Material: Aluminum (6061) and Derlin (Black)
Quantity: 12
Turn Around: 1 week; once OK'd.
Tolerance: .005"
Description/Add'tl info: These bushings will be ordered in sets of 12, in either 6061 Aluminum, or Black Delrin. Please provide a quote for a quantity of 12 in each material. The design is basically two thick washer "stacked" on each other, with a .5" hole, in the middle.

Sorry, been busy--real busy.

gubeguru, yes they are round. design "A" is basically like two thick washers stacked, where design "B" is more of a cup design. They would have to be shipped to the USA (Florida) so I think that might be a little cost prohibitive..

ddpercision, please PM me when you can give me the quote.

I will be closing this RFQ early next week, say Tuesday or so. If you've PM me, I will get in contact with you, probably tomorrow.

Thanks,
Todd
