I bought a v2e3 in great working condition. brought it home homed it twice. worked great. fired it up again. tried to home it and the display lit up all the led's and the lcd. tried to reset it. ran through the troubleshooting guide. no luck. the fans power up and there is power flowing trough all systems. Pictures of the boards atached. Any help is appreciated.

What kind of power are you running to the machine?
I see all the led are lit on the FMDC. That means it is not even starting the self test/boot sequence.
Have you done all the voltage checks?

Running it on a 5 hp rotary phase convertor. The same convertor that it has been running on for years. I've done all the voltage checks. Double checking them right now. Is there a specific thing I should be looking for?
