Just wondering if anyone could give some feedback on the C6 lathe (and whatever else it gets called by whichever reseller) - pic attached.

I've been doing some comparisons between the C6 and the 'usual' range of 9x lathes. The C6 is more expensive, from the little bit of info I've been able to find, better finished, but I would like to know what's it like when used 'in anger'. Was much cleanup and adjustment required, and problems with the motor or electrics? How does the motor perform, plenty of torque (is the motor rating believable)?

The plan is to replace the top slide with a gang type tooling plate, and CNC the machine, so if anyone has done anything similar would love to hear as well.

So any opinions / impressions / feedback, good or bad, most welcome.
