View Full Version : Maho Mh 1000c C/w Phillips 432-20
SIMONB 08-24-2007, 12:48 PM Hi,
Our sister company in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada has recently purchased the MH100C.
I have no information on this machine at all, and have never seen one before!
I was wandering if anyone is near to that area and maybe could help with training or something?? Obviuosly for pay!!
Or, any info on the control would be great, I know it's alot ot ask but thought I'd give it a shot,
Thanks.
Simon
as to my knowledge, phillips is pretty simple and basic..if you have experience or know someone that has experience with fanuc control there shouldnt be any problems figuring out phillips...
SIMONB 09-11-2007, 08:53 AM Thank you,
I have just received some literature on the machine and the cnc control, it does look starightforward.
Thanks anyways!

Hi , thank you!!
I was actually at our sister plant yesterday for the day trying to geth this machine going for them, with limited success!
We figured out how to set offsets etc and actually centre drilled a part. but we could not drill the part with the next tool, it seemed like it was ignoring it's tool length offset??
The second toll would always be around 5.5" above the part, (which is the same offset value as the first tool, the centre drill.
I have pasted the program below, if you have any ideas, please contact me, you can email me at my work address:
