Having some problem with my TMC-1000 CNC mill. All three motors power lock on start up, however, no motion from controller. Is there anyway to isolate this issue, before I incur the expense of sending the controller back to Intellik? Thanks.

I set up my TMC1000 to try out the DOS software. Here's a picture of the manual mode screen. Is this what you're using? If so, do the numbers in the upper right still increment and decrement when you use the jog keys? Also, does any sound come from the steppers when you jog?

Yes, my screen looks like that, and the DRO increments when I use the arrow keys. The stepper motors energize, but nothing moves. When the motors are energized, the ballscrews are locked. When the power is off, I can turn the leadscrews.
