I tried contacting a few of the parties mentioned in other Hurco threads to try to locate the motherboard/ main CPU/memory card that sits in slot 2 on a KM3. No responses. I'm hoping for a low cost repair, such as board repair/exchange. An RS232 cable failure fried a portion of the board and the attached PC. It is interesting that the more powerful PC is the lesser loss.

Was hoping for a cheap and quick fix, may be time for an upgrade or retro.
