I have to drill hole using z axis oriented drill installed in head number 1, station 4 (station for inserts holders). Maybe someone knows how to perform peck cycle. In this machine using h#2 or #3 to drill the hole on the face gives me concentricity over .003. This is not acceptable. Any thoughts?? thank you for any clue...

If you're locking for the G83 can cycle here it is:
Face drilling
G83X--C--Z(-)--R(-)--Q--P--F--(M86)

Hi jorgehrr,
Thank You for an answer. I know what code is for peck cycle but as I wrote in first post it doesn't work. Face drilling using Head#2 or Head#3 work but we have a lot of problems with concentricity. To avoid this we started using tool holder placed in slot the same way like regular insert holder, I'm talking about H#1. Drill is "Z - axis oriented". G83 works properly in Head#1 when I use live tool holder (for example station #7 Head#1). For some reason I cannot perform peck cycle or maybe I don't know how to do it. Do You use the same machine?? I'm looking for someone who knows maier20ml maybe there is some way to do it...
