can you actually get into the os2? does the computer have a network card? If you can get into the os2 then i suppose that would be very possible, easiest way would be to setup and ftp server on the os2

ahhh....OS2 now there's a name I haven't heard very often. It will read/store any file in virtually any format. I assume the computer has some form of IO device (floppy, network card, etc). It will be up to your software that runs the machine (running on top of OS2) to be able to take a basic drawing format like a DXF and turn it into a toolpath. Don't be surprised if it (the table control software) barfs on the DXF. The DXF file format (owned by AutoDesk) gets changed everytime there is a new release of AutoCAD. Newer file exports may or may not be compatable with older import programs.

If your system will take pure g-code in you might be better off to invest in an external CAM program (like SheetCAM) and let it give you the g-code to run the machine.
