This is a Mighty Mustang C-52 year 1999. The Z Axis Ball Screw Nut lost some of the Ball Berings on the lower Nut. It would seem the these are held in by a plastic cap with an epoxy sealant.

Is any one framiliar with this configuration or had this Problem??????

The Control is an Acromatic 2100E.

I really need help because this is the only CNC on my shop floor and in the middle of a job that is due soon.

Nyle is a friend of mine. He couldn't load the pictures that he wanted because he is stuck with Dial Up service for the time being.

Here are the Pictures that he took today of the Ball Screw.
