I would like to get quotes on having 8 of these inserts made. Made out of aluminum (6061) or something equiv. The center is drilled for a 5/16x24 thread. I DO NOT want it tapped, just drilled to the proper size. I will tap them because some will be RH and some LH taps. Price is an issue so I'm willing to look at alternatives in terms of materials but strength should be equiv or better than 6061.
