You say about the length actually needs to be extended to 2" so which place will be adjust ?Near radius will be extended or the other side?About the
radius part you did not put any size?
And the height is adjusted to .75 so which bottom or top will be add 0.05"?
This part did not need any finishing like clear anodize or just natural material?

Correct. The right side dimension can add .0500 because I know the aluminum is readily available in strips of 1/4 X 3/4. Also the add of height doesn't matter where it is placed. The length of 1.745 needs to be extended to 2" and add the length to the right side. I will try to have a new CAD rendering tomorrow, just posted this one up to get some quotes. There is no finish needed for these. Just natural.

Let me know,
Joe

BeAware for those quoting this job, that Crazy Phantom still owes me money from a job I did for him about 9 months ago.

Yes, the deal is I had run into some personal troubles lately, and Jp Machine which is a TOTALLY great guy offered to me that I didnt have to pay upfront because we had been working together for a while. I took advantage of him and screwed him over. The deal is being corrected now and I hope he can forgive me and possibly work with me again.

I would be interested in bidding, but your parts won't ship until they're paid for. We carry this material in stock, so the turn-around would be about 2 weeks.

Just an update on this for other shop owners out there.
Crazy Phantom AKA Joe Roberto still has not paid me for work done over a year ago now. I haven't even heard from him since this last post.
