Hi guys!

I haven't posted here before, but I've been a member for quite some time now.. briliant source of information!!!

And now for my problem...

When I start up my mill, I think BOSS 6 but I'm not sure, the limiting switch lights up.. I understand that this is normal, and if I operate the switch everything used to be fine.... BUT..
Now if I turn on the juice the coordinate-panel (not sure about the name...) reads "60407" for a split second and then turns black... And if I hit the limiting switch nothing happens.....
Furtermore; I can "jog" al the axles separately, that's all fine but I can't step them in smaller increments... The machine doesn't seem to know it's own position.....

I hope my explanation is clear enough..

The Mill looks exactly like this one (exept the colour lol)
(and yes I copied the pics from another thread..)

A little help would be great!!

If it has a ZDI, NTP, and ZCK logic board then it is a BOSS 6.
I would start by checking all the logic voltages and fuses. Values and test locations are in the maintenance manual.
I have seen too often a 70007 on the display. This usually meant that the LSI (mother board) was not functioning.
If all voltages are correct. I would pull each logic board one at a time and clean the edge connector with a soft eraser and reinstall. This works very often in bringing a machine back to life.
