Hi, cnc newbie here. I've got a Bridgeport Interact 1 Mk2 mill with TNC2500.
It was purchased at the start of the year from a local company and it's done very little work.
It was working fine when bought but now i've finally got round to using it I can't get it to go.

I get the message "SPINDLE MOTOR FAN OVERLOAD"

Is it a simple fix??

Do you have compressed air rigged to the mill? On my Interact (a Mk1) the spindle brake is held off by the air, and if no air present the spindle motor overloads trip and have to be reset.

The Interact 1 Mk2 has a KTK spindle drive. There is a fan on the bottom of the spindle motor. There must be a overload for it. Thus check all the overloads on the machine.

Yep, you were right!
I found a reset button on one of the cards. Works fine now! Thanks.
