If you forget your password, click on the 'Forgotten Your Password' (http://www.cnczone.com/forums/login.php?do=lostpw).
This will bring up a page where you should enter your registered email address, and your password will be automatically emailed to you this may take a few minutes.

If you don't receive a email it maybe for a few reasons-
1) you're email has changed from the one used to sign-up with
2) you didn't wait a few minutes for the email to arrive
3) your email program has blocked the email or has treated it as spam.
