We had someone in servicing one of our machines and he formatted our machine thinking he had everything backed up. Well now we have a machine with no parameters. Does anyone have the parameters for an OKK MCV 820 machine? Please help.

Sorry Model is a NCV 820 with Mitsubishi Controller 300 or 355 series. Anyone have anything?

Did you try contacting OKK with the model & serial?
They should have the basic file.
