oky im kinda stuck wondering about my coolant use on my mill i want some thing that doesnt go bad at all i have a 5 gallon re circulting pump so what my best match for a type of coolent..Iwill only be machining aluminum and steel

i have never seen a good synthetic coolant go bad , the cost is a little more but well worth it , for a minimill i'm sure you won t see a huge difference in price

Try Liquid Ice coolant, it's biodegradable and very safe

I use Liquid Ice as well, I haven't had a mixed up batch sitting around more than a month or two since I don't recirculate it, but it hasn't gone bad on me.

I buy it buy the gallon and mix it at 10%.
