I'm really interested in getting a new Tormach but cannot seem to get any response from the company. I've called sales 3 days in a row multiple times through the day and nobody ever answers. I sent emails to sales and even filled out an online quote request. Does anyone know if they are still around?

Makes me a little nervous considering buying a product and the company won't even acknowledge me.

Anyone have any luck getting their attention?

Jim, I just ordered a new Y-axis waycover on Wednesday through the website. The next morning I had an email confirmation and a UPS tracking number. By the way, I'm in Rio Vista so if you wanted to see a Tormach first you're welcome to come over and see it.

randy, i talked to you a couple weeks ago about taking a look at your machine. i have been extremely busy lately but i definitely want to take you up on that in the near future.

Maybe I just need to wait a little longer. Just seemed a little fishy. Their stuff looks cool.
