I use eagle and PCB-Gcode to mill boards. I like to play widths and clearances to get maximum pad size and trace widths. CAMbam allows you to loard the result nc file and review traces. Great help!

Yes I use pcb-gcode. CAMbam is a big help to me just to view the files. I suspect I could use it to make geometry mods to a path as well?
