Bio, JLT's site I believe is the most complete setup with video links and several pictures. http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28665 Also some videos at High Tech Systems site: http://www.hightechsystemsllc.com/index.htm Bob biotech1 07-20-2007, 12:06 AM I know those guys did it I was just wonderngif anyone els atempted to make it... joecnc2006 07-20-2007, 08:40 AM The problem will be the one JLT made is for the older style holders, since the new holders are different and are for the er16 collets, a tool rack will need to be designed, it can be a modified one from JLT's but I was thinking that if the tools were on a stand above the rack then the dust collection skirt will not get into the way, The dusct collection has to be taken into consideration also. Joe ClaudioG 07-23-2007, 08:08 AM Does anyone know how the power off / power on for JLT's Hitachi router is controlled as shown in his ATC video? Cheers Claudio joecnc2006 07-23-2007, 08:33 AM You use a relay connected to the driver board or breakout board depends on your setup. Joe Buzz9075 07-29-2007, 08:32 PM I would love to build one but I don't know how to cut the material. Any one know what how to go about cutting the stone? To add to Joe's comment. Once you get realy board hocked up you can use M03 to turn on the relay to the router adn M05 to turn it off. |
