Hi.
This is my first serious thread in this forum.
Please, bear with me due to a language barrier, English isn't my first language, sometimes it's hard to find find the correct word for expressing what I want, so please use your imagination.

Im using a Mori-Seiki Lathe with rotary axis, subspindle and driven tools, SL150SMC. I'm having a bit troubles identifying what the controller is called, but it's fanuc and nothing real fancy.

I have attached an example, with a few notes added to the nc-output-file.
I can make nice engravings on the curved surface with this post (G107), output is close to perfect, but milling on the endface with G112, makes a funny output.

Can someone explain what i'm going wrong in this example?
Also, the machine doesn't accept moving in 3 axis, only X and C, when it's in G112 mode.

Thank you, in advance, for any help you can provide.
Kai

I think that negative x is correct because of xc interpolation, c-axis sign is virtual y-axis. I has also same z-axis problem with okuma post - okuma doesn't accept z axis move in "g112" mode. So I give up and started using "true polar" XC interpolation. (check code wizard /configure /nc_style /c/y axis functions). In fact I don't need virtual y-axis because I usin cam!
