I took the plunge this week and ordered my Joes Model 2006 CNC kit!

After several years of lurking around this forum and a couple of failed attempts at designing/building my own CNC machine I decided to learn from one of the best and build a trustworthly design.

Actually during the course of trying to build my own machine my wife and I were blessed with triplets so time to work on a project is very short now. I don't believe I would have ever come up with a design that works as well as Joe's.

I will try to keep a build log and will definitely be asking lots of questions in the forums while the building process is going.

I will keep everyone informed of the progress.

Welcome to joes design. You will not regret it and you made a smart move on the kit. It will help immensely and save much time so you can focus on other stuff on the build. Have any questions, complicated or simple, don't be ashamed or feel held back to ask. There are a lot of us here running the same machine and this individual board in particular is strong so we can usually help with anything that arises. Take some photos too as you go a long!
