I took delivery of my '02 VF2 last Thursday, its now wired up, all my tooling is in, and I was hoping to cut some stuff today. I was rotating the changer via the ATC FWD button and for some stupid reason I pressed the feed hold button right as the spindle went into the changer. Now I am getting alarm 125 shuttle fault, is there an easy fix for this....ive tried to restart the system, reset the alarms and zero all axes but nothing will take since there is a fault. Im off to a great start! :)

Weird, what fault could survive a reboot? A blown fuse maybe?

Checked the fuse, looks OK....I also read something about checking relays k-9-k12 but ive never seen relays like that so how do I know they are bad. Guess I gotta call support.

Problem resolved, I call tech support.....they had me do a tool change restore and zero return single axes (Z). My Z axis was stuck in the changer which confused the machine a bit I guess. Hopefull I wont break anything else!

Thanks,
Jim

type ZZ then press single axis zero return

If that doesn't work .. hit e-stop and get in the machine and push the carousel back to its home position
