I encounter some problem from my CNC bender machine, the clamp die and the pressure die has abnormal pressure during this step, and thus the loose grip and scratches. Bending of others parts or other pipe was no problem except for this particular one. Anybody got any answer?

Thanks

What type of machine is it?

All-electric benders offer much finer control of clamp / pdie torques and also allow different settings for different bends.

Hi mike, thanks for helping... I am using a CNC32MRBE machine from Taiwan Chiao Sheng. I think i know what you mean, but the whole process has 8 steps, all the other steps (or bending) is ok except for this one...

the marking seems to be a pich mark from the clamp and pickup along the die ,not slipping ,scratches would be 90 degrees to what you have looks like the tube is resting with some wieght on the die master bar and clamp prior to clamping ,I'm assuming thats the bottom in the diagram iether set the distance the clamp opens to the minimum or hold the tube up

maybe add grease in the die.
