 Just had my VF0 give me a bunch of trouble. As it goes to up to speed (3000 rpm) it seems to take a longer time to get up to rpm. and as it comes back down from rpm it errors out and gives a spindle overheating, overload error....ect It also seems to make a hollow cluck noises when it gains rpm and again when it slows back down. please help

Start with the basics. Can you revolve the spindle readily by hand?
Does this machine have a gearbox?
Did it make the noise while running normally at 3000 rpm, or did it only begin making the noise after starting up?

It still revolves. It has a gear box and it did during start up

VF-0's don't have gearbox. VF-1B or VF-2B has gearbox.
Your delta/wye switch in the control cabinet could of gone bad.

It is a 2 speed, thought it was controlled by a gear box but may be something else

could this possibly be spindle bearings

Turn the spindle by hand with E-stop on. If it moves freely .. I doubt it's bearings.
