Hello everybody,
Can someone give me a comparison on HyperMill vs Esprit Vs One CNC. Actually I'm looking a cam software for Impellers & Blisks machining. I'd really appreciate if someone could suggest me a cam software for simultaneous 5 axis machining of above mentioned components with the context of cost, time for learning, after sales support etc.
TIA,
Mudasser.

OneCNC and Esprit are not the usual names in comparisons with hyperMILL.
Impellers have many challenges and a software should have some dedication to address these issues. Some of them are thin blades, geometric patterns, key features (like edge shape), desired direction of cut for finish operations, etc etc
I would suggest that you contact OPEN MIND in Singapore or India for direct communication.

Yes, we have ESPRIT Mold now, and at the time they did not have any impeller specific routines, but they do now. I don't have the module, as we don't do that work, but if you are still looking, you can call ESPRIT about it too.

Really Look At hypermill! I've been using esprit for over a year and still struggle to make time on jobs. I used hypermill for 3mos before I started making time on jobs. Esprit has excellent help for all the problems I've run into - I now know quite a few of their techs. Hypermill - I seldom have problems getting what I want from the software. The few times I have had to contact them they've been very responsive and quickly helped me get through the issues.

Gibbscam is good on 5-axis milling;)..You can also try on Delcam Featuremill and Delcam Powermill;)

WorkNC should also be considered.
