i have low voltage alarm 160. checked incomming voltage: 241v. each leg.
dc buss volts are 16v. anybody have any ideas? thanks

dc buss should be around 340V

any idea why it would be 16v

Possibly Bad vector drive .. green L.E.D. on it must be lit.
Regen or regen cables could be bad.
Bad amplifier. There are a few step[s that need to be done to pinpoint it.
Call your dealer.

i was hoping to keep the dealer out of this but i guess not.
