Hi Klox,

I just checked and indeed there is:

http://www.onecnc.com/onecnc_download.htm

Lots of other interesting stuff too, that I've never seen yet like nesting and design and profiler.

Based on my experience with 3 of their other software products, I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these specialized packages, if I had the need for any of them. Yes, they are that good :)

Hu,
It is not that i'm unhappy with BobWire, is sometimes só time consuming to draw toolpaths. Is there keyboard commands like in MasterCam?
This is why i want to explore other software.
Thanks a lot for your reply.
I'm getting my OneCNC demo now......

Klox, do you mean configurable hotkeys for common commands? I would imagine, since this seems to be a common feature in the 3 packages I have used, but you're the one getting the demo :D

Yes.
In Bobwire on the cam side you can configure program stops, starts etc using the custom menu. Maybe i'm stupid but i don't know of any custom cofigurations on the cad side except for background, color and stuff like that.
I've downloaded OneCNC, I haven't fooled around with it yet. (it looks promising!).

Thanks,

Klox

Hu,
One more question about BobWIRE: When generating G-codes using 4axis, the U & V axis is incremental. On my Hitachi i can either use it as described or i can use X,Y,K & L for the program plane and U,V,I & J for the auxilary plane.
Can BobWIRE be configured for this?

Sorry, I'm not of much help, Klox, because I've never run Bobwire to know much about it. For that matter, I have zero experience with EDM.
