I need some help. I am buildiing a plasma cutter but have problems with the cam software. I am working with sheetcam but have problems importing the g code program to Mach3. Sheetcam has got a G23 code which Mach does not recognize. Is there some setting that must be changed for these programs to interact with each other?

You have to set sheetcam up to use the Mach 2 post processor. At the top of the page clock options /select options/post processor then select the Mach 2 processor.

Just a slight addendum, if you are using plasma without THC then you want the Mach2 plasma post otherwise you should have received a post for the THC.

hi scott, you can try out Campbell Designs' Mach 3 plasma system, go over to www.campbelldesigns.com, select for thc mach3, download the mach 3 files and try it out, it works very well for me xD
