Now that I have my HobbyCNC Pro driver card working I need something to control with it. I got some steal beams and started welding. I don't have any real plans for this, the plan is made up while I'm building my router table.
The steal frame I finished today has a tube on each side that will be used as the rails for the X-axis wheels. The frame turned out surprisingly well, considering this is only the second time I'm welding. :D

Today I finished my x-axis which consists out of an old pair of roller skates that have had their wheels machined to be able to ride on a tube. Now I have to think of something to do with a pair of red/yellow/gray shoes that have four screws sticking out of the bottom :D

I like the thought of just wandering off and building stuff :cheers: Oh and sell the skateboots to a golfer :D
