I measured my broken motor and it has a shaft size of 3/4".

Most motors I have found locally have a 5/8" shaft.

Anyone found a replacement pulley for the mill head that works for a 5/8" shaft?

Thanks Again!

I found some good made in Canada pulleys on ebay from a seller called: electricmotorsite

The first ones I tried were Browning pulleys from MSC. They were of extremely poor quality.

Just make sure of the size. The original motors are metric. Some people might have an opinion on whether a 5/8 shaft is big enough. I don't know enough to say but the new motors I got have a 7/8 shaft.

I just purchased two 6" cast aluminium pulleys from RDG tools on ebay. They got here today. The need to be sized and keyed but that is no problem.
