I don't have experiance with the 2 ply engraving plastics so I would like to know of some brands or suppliers that have worked well for you.
For now I need some basic colors nothing fancy, blue/red, white/red, blue/white....

Are you thinking of Polycarve?

Not sure on the official name, but it's the stuff that I see most of the signs next to doors are made of. Like for example white on top and when engaved red letters how up. Here is a site with the badges on top of the material im talking about: http://www.johnsonplastics.com/products.htm

I just want some advice as to what material is easy to work with and doesn't need to be the cheapest. Also what bits to use and RPM?
